Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply after the current billing cycle ends.
Due to the nature of the service, refunds are not available. However, if you request a refund through the Feedback Center within 24 hours of payment and there has been no service usage, we will review the request and determine whether a refund can be granted.
Yes, all your domains, templates, and sending history will be preserved. Higher limits apply immediately upon upgrade.
