Yes, AWS SES usage is billed directly by AWS. SESMGR only charges for the management tool. AWS SES is very affordable at $0.10 per 1,000 emails.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply after the current billing cycle ends.

What is the refund policy?

Due to the nature of the service, refunds are not available. However, if you request a refund through the Feedback Center within 24 hours of payment and there has been no service usage, we will review the request and determine whether a refund can be granted.

Will my data be preserved when upgrading from Free to Pro?

Yes, all your domains, templates, and sending history will be preserved. Higher limits apply immediately upon upgrade.
