Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not available. Once the service is activated, it cannot be reversed or returned.

Article 2 (Exceptional Refund Review)

However, refund requests may be reviewed only if all of the following conditions are met: • The request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase • No service usage has occurred Meeting these conditions does not guarantee a refund. All requests are subject to review and approval at our discretion.
