Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between QS Labs (the "Company"), operating SESMGR (the "Service"), and its users regarding the use of the AWS SES management service.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Service" refers to the web-based platform that enables users to easily configure and manage AWS SES (Simple Email Service). 2. "User" refers to any individual who agrees to these Terms and registers for the Service. 3. "AWS Integration" refers to connecting the user's AWS account with the Service to enable AWS services including SES (email sending), S3 (template storage), and SNS (event notifications). Integration requests only minimal permissions through IAM Role.

Article 3 (Service Description)

The Service provides the following features: 1. Automatic AWS SES domain setup and verification 2. DKIM, SPF, DMARC record generation guidance 3. Email sending and delivery history management 4. Email template creation and management 5. Bounce, delivery, and complaint event tracking 6. Real-time sending statistics dashboard 7. Email sending via API

Article 4 (Registration)

1. Registration is completed through email verification or social login as specified by the Service. 2. Users must provide accurate information. Service access may be restricted if false information is provided. 3. Children under the age of 14 are not permitted to register for the Service. By registering, you confirm that you are 14 years of age or older. Service access may be restricted if this is found to be false.

Article 5 (User Obligations)

Users must comply with the following: 1. Prohibition of spam or illegal email sending 2. Prohibition of unauthorized collection and use of others' personal information 3. Prohibition of activities that interfere with stable service operation 4. Compliance with AWS Terms of Service and policies 5. Prohibition of marketing emails without recipient consent 6. Secure management of account credentials

Article 6 (Service Restrictions)

The Service may restrict or terminate a user's account in the following cases: 1. Confirmed spam or malicious email sending 2. Account suspension or SES restriction by AWS 3. Violation of these Terms 4. Legal violations or use in criminal activities 5. Intentional interference with service operations

Article 7 (Fees and Payment)

1. The Service offers free and paid plans. 2. Paid plan pricing can be found on the pricing page or billing page within the Service. 3. AWS SES usage fees are billed directly to the user's AWS account and are separate from the Service. 4. Refund matters are subject to the separate Refund Policy. 5. Payments are processed through Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for billing and tax handling. Payment-related inquiries are subject to Paddle's policies.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

1. The Service provides technical support for AWS account setup and email sending but is not responsible for failures or errors in the AWS service itself. 2. Users are solely responsible for the content and recipients of emails they send. 3. The Service is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters or war. 4. The Service is not responsible for damages caused by user negligence.

Article 9 (Changes to Terms)

1. The Service may modify these Terms as necessary and will notify users through in-service announcements or email. 2. Users who do not agree to the modified Terms may discontinue use and withdraw from the Service. 3. If users do not express objection within 30 days of the Terms change announcement, they are deemed to have agreed to the changes.

Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)

1. Disputes between the Service and users shall be resolved through mutual consultation. 2. If consultation fails, the competent court shall be the court with jurisdiction over the Service provider's location. 3. These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
